Return Policy

Corder + CO wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase, you are not happy with your item(s), Corder + CO will accept your return. The item(s) must be unused, non-defective, and in like-new condition. Items received in a lesser quality may be assessed a cleaning or damaged item fee. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE TAGS ATTACHED.

Returns will be credited to your original form of payment. Full refunds (minus shipping, applied discounts, and any quality fees) are issued for all returned merchandise. Refunds usually take less than 48 hours to process and be returned to your account. However, this time period relies on your financial institution, so we cannot make any guarantees.

Merchandise reduced for sale within the 30 day time period, will only be refunded the current sale price. Merchandise marked as Clearance or Final Sale cannot be returned.

You can check the status of your return and track its progress anytime by entering the tracking number from your USPS return label into the Track by Number box on the USPS website.

Corder + Co gift certificates are not returnable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or check (unless required by law).

All returns must be made within the guidelines of our return policy.

*Exchanges. In this electronic age, we do not do exchanges. It is faster for you, the customer, to order what you need while your return is being processed. At least that’s our opinion!

To Return Online (By Mail)

  2. Box up your items with the original packaging if possible. Be sure to remove any existing labels from the packaging.
  3. We’ll email you a shipping label. Tape it to your package, ensuring that the bar code is clearly visible.
  4. Take the package to the US Post Office, drop-off location or give it to your mail carrier.

Please note that a handling fee of $8.00 will be charged against your original method of payment. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two full billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

The pre-paid shipping label can be used only on packages returned from a U.S. address.
